Details
- Booking is essential (contact us – to request booking online, use our request booking form)
- Tour locations may be subject to change without notice (if you book really in advance, recheck the itinerary before the tour date)
- Duration – 1.5–2 hours each approximately
- Tour size – maximum number is 26 participants (individuals and groups are welcome; note that you don't need to have a group to join us); if there are less than 12 people booked for any tour, its operation is at the discretion of the company (but tours become fully booked very fast)
- Due to some tour stops, the chocolate walking tours are not wheelchair or pram friendly
- Cost – $30 each (adult or children; all-inclusive); adults accompanied by children from 6 years of age must pay for the kids' participation in the tour (check the frequently asked questions)
- Payment (prior to the tours) can be made by MasterCard or Visa by telephone (03 9686 4655 or 0412 158 017) or email; alternatively, send a cheque or money order to 6508/7 Riverside Quay, Southbank, VIC, 3006 (attach a note with your name, tour date and name)
- Recipients of gift vouchers should quote their voucher number when booking a tour (note: we cannot accept expired vouchers)
Orientation for groups (hen parties, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
- Contact us as soon as posible to make reservations for your group
- Pay for the whole group when confirming your participation (instead of individual payments)
- Private tours on Saturdays can only be arranged if your group has at least 26 participants (groups with less people will be joined by other chocoholics)

Extra gift – If you are booking a tour to celebrate an important occasion and want to give an extra gift to a special chocoholic, contact us to discuss delicious and unique options.
Cancellation policy- If you cancel your booking up to five (5) business days before the booked walk, you can book another tour (subject to availability) or request a refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than five (5) business days before the booked walk, you can transfer it to another person (a friend or relative, for example), but you are committed to the original booked date and tour. No refund is given.
