The afternoon begins at Haigh's Chocolates in The Block Arcade, the most elegant arcade in Melbourne. Here we combine tastings with an insight into the history of the family who has dedicated its last four generations from 1915 to the making of chocolate.
Next the tour goes to Chocolate Secret, still on Collins Street. Chocolate Secret's mission is to create luxurious European-style hand-crafted chocolates and novel filled biscuits.
A few steps now lead us to the Royal Arcade, the oldest arcade in Melbourne, home to the chocolate world of Koko Black. Chat to its chocolatier, soak up the atmosphere of this exquisite salon and taste one of their handcrafted chocolates. It is time for afternoon tea at Laurent Boulangerie Patisserie, one of the most stylish cafes in Melbourne. Hot chocolate, tea or coffee and one of their rich French cake creations.
