Let's build up our energy levels and make ourselves happy with some yummy tastings from Cadbury's chocolates – this is our first indulgence, as we start the walking tour within QV. Grasping the Chocolate Ecstasy ice cream from New Zealand Natural, we stroll on Melbourne's ever-evolving streetscape and move on to the Royal Arcade.
The city's oldest arcade is home to Koko Black. At this chocolate temple, see the miniature chocolate factory, chat with the chocolatier who creates handmade chocolates using Belgian ingredients, then let's put our taste buds to the test.
The next stop is The Chocolate Box. It nestles in the Australia on Collins and its chocolates will simply delight us. Heading to the financial end of Collins Street, our last stop will be Treasury Restaurant, within The Sebel Melbourne. At a heritage-listed building we will take in its architectural opulence and banking history over a chocolate dessert, along with coffee or tea. Now settle in and enjoy the elegant atmosphere.
