Experience an afternoon of chocolate joy set within fascinating lanes and arcades of Melbourne. This walking tour has Belgian-style and Australian chocolate tastings, tea and more!

The first indulgence of the afternoon is at Haigh's Chocolates in The Block Arcade. Here we combine the delicious chocolate tasting with an insight into the history of the Haigh's family, who has dedicated its last four generations to create chocolates that will melt in our mouths.

The walk goes to Galleria, where we taste flavours (and smell aromas) of T2's speciality teas, and learn how they combine with chocolates, especially Australia's Chocolatier Chocolates. We now visit Cacao Fine Chocolates at the GPO and stimulate our chocolate senses with its exclusive French style handmade chocolates.

It is time to go to the Royal Arcade, the oldest arcade in Melbourne, where mythical Gog and Magog watch over the chocolate world of Koko Black. Chat to its chocolatier, take a look at the miniature chocolate factory, then taste their Belgian-style chocolate. Now get ready, as we go to Hairy Canary's Cafe's Little Sista for afternoon tea of delicious Spanish churros with chocolate sauce and a hot chocolate, tea, coffee or a cold drink.

Tour size – The maximum number is 26 participants (individuals and groups are welcome; note: you don't need to have a group to join us). Due to some tour stops, the tours are not wheelchair or pram friendly

Cost – $37 (all-inclusive; adults or children – adults with children from 6 years of age must pay for the kids)

Recipients of gift vouchers should quote their voucher number when booking a tour (note: we cannot accept expired vouchers)

Orientation for groups (hen parties, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)

  • Before sending invitations, contact us to check availability
  • Ask us to make reservations for your group
  • Pay for the whole group when confirming your participation (instead of individual payments)
  • Private tours on Saturdays can be arranged only if your group has at least 26 participants (groups with fewer people will be joined by other chocoholics)

Cancellation policy

  • If you cancel your booking up to five (5) business days before the booked walk, you can book another tour (subject to availability) or request a refund.
  • If you cancel your booking less than five (5) business days before the booked walk, you can transfer it to another person (a friend or relative, for example), but you are committed to the original booked date and tour. No refund is given.
