chocolate treats walk

Experience an afternoon of chocolate joy set within fascinating arcades and streets of Melbourne. This tour includes Belgian-style chocolate tastings, tea and more!

Tour highlights (itinerary may be subject to change without notice – read more)

The first indulgence of the afternoon is at Haigh's Chocolates in the Block Arcade. Here we combine the delicious chocolate tasting with an insight into the history of the Haigh's family, who has dedicated its last four generations to create chocolates that will melt in our mouths. What better place to taste their chocolates than in the most elegant arcade in Melbourne?

Next, the walk goes on to the reshaped Galleria, where we taste flavours (and smell aromas) of T2's specialty teas, and learn how they combine with chocolates, especially Cadbury. Still at Galleria, we visit Déva, a concept store which caters to all senses, especially our chocolate senses, with its exclusive Cocoa-Le-Art handmade chocolates.

It is time to go to Royal Arcade, the oldest arcade in Melbourne, where mythical Gog and Magog watch over the chocolate world of Koko Black. This two storey-chocolate house has its own miniature chocolate factory and, upstairs, the Chocolate Salon. Chat to its chocolatier, soak up the atmosphere and, finally, taste their Belgian-style chocolate right here in Australia.

Then we go to one of the best cafés in Melbourne for afternoon tea. After more chocolate treats and our favourite drink, it's time to relax...
